Susan’s body was recovered at 7:39 a.m. on July 23, 2019 from the Brandywine River near Northeast Boulevard in Wilmington, with visible injuries. At recovery she was described as 5’4“, 130 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a purple tank top.
