Black 2016 Honda Civic, found July 23, 2019 at 8:54 a.m. parked on Walkers Mill Road near the Rising Sun Lane Bridge, about three miles upstream of the recovery point. Detectives do not believe she entered the river where the vehicle was parked, based on the timeline and the river’s course. Area cameras captured the car, but darkness prevented seeing whether anyone got in or out.
